Returns

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 4 days of the delivery date. Once your request is reviewed and approved, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

No Returns or Refunds After 4 Days

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after 4 calendar days have passed from the date your order is marked as delivered. Once the 4-day period has expired, all sales are considered final, and no exceptions will be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
